SUMMARY: At ALLSERV we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team to work in a project based role. Candidates will be paid a day rate for the time they spend on the project and will have all full time benefits which includes health insurance, 401K and PTO accrual. The person must be willing to travel for the project and be available to start immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years of experience working in a warehouse setup dealing with inventory and materials management.
• Strong knowledge of materials and warehouse best practices
• Competency in using mobile applications to collect inventory and material attribute data.
• Intermediate skills in ERP and MS Office.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• The availability to travel and work at the client’s site.
• Available to start immediately.
• Forklift driving certification is a plus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform physical counting activities as per ALLSERV procedures in a client facing offshore or shore-based environment.
• Use the computerized systems to maintain an accurate inventory of all materials stored.
• Regular reporting using ALLSERV applications as well as MS Office Suite (mainly Excel).
• Coordinate/lead meetings to review inventory findings with the customer and ALLSERV management.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- BA/BS In supply chain management, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in a supply chain management role
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability and willingness to support multiple roles within the organization as business demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Market Researcher with experience in ERP systems to focus
on the US and European markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, cataloging, and
analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from various major online
portals. This role includes drafting RFP responses and presenting them to stakeholders (functional,
technical, and sales teams) for review and submission. The role is fully remote and reports directly to the
ERP Sales team, providing crucial insights to support business development and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• RFP/RFI Identification and Cataloging:
o Monitor and identify relevant RFPs and RFIs on major ERP portals and other relevant platforms across the US and European regions.
o Accurately catalog and maintain a database of identified RFPs and RFIs, including frequently used RFP collateral, ensuring all relevant details are captured for easy reference and analysis.
• RFP Response Process:
o Review RFPs to understand client requirements and determine if the company can meet the deliverables.
o Break down RFP requirements into components that need to be addressed (e.g., content, functionality, and appearance for a website redesign).
o Create draft responses using insights and answers from the team.
o Distribute drafts to functional, technical, and sales teams for editing and review.
o Present RFP responses to stakeholders for review and submission.
• Market Analysis:
o Analyze collected RFP/RFI data from the US and European markets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
o Provide detailed reports and insights to the ERP Sales team to assist in strategic decision-making and sales planning.
• Data Collection and Management:
o Gather and organize data from multiple sources to support ongoing research projects, focusing on the US and European markets.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all data collected, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• ERP System Utilization:
o Leverage ERP systems for data retrieval and analysis, ensuring efficient use of software tools.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP functionalities and tools to improve research and analysis processes.
• RFP Response Software:
o Familiarity with RFP response software such as RapidDocs, Loopio, etc., is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on the US and European markets.
o Experience with RFP response processes, including drafting and presenting RFP responses.
o Familiarity with ERP systems and experience in navigating and extracting data from ERP portals.
o Familiarity with RFP response software (e.g., RapidDocs, Loopio) is a plus.
